But isn't that the point also, to attract classic players who don't like change into a playlist or area of yesteryear? how would that cause an opposite effect?
I'm fine with the way Halo plays now, maybe because I never had allot of time with Halo's 1 and 2 multiplayer-wise and grew up playing 3-on, but I really don't want to adapt a playstyle I'm not too familiar with because a small group refused to change and want to relive the old days.
I'll admit that Bungie and 343i should've done more to attract the older pre-Halo 3 crowd but I don't feel that changing everything back "to the roots" will help things either.
