At 343, Kenneth Scott was the Art Director on Halo 4.

He recently moved to Cali, and switched to a consulting role at 343.

No idea whether he is able to do much consulting for 343 now that he is Art Director at Facebook's first party Oculus VR studio. Personally, I hope he throws his full attention into Oculus.
