In Response To: Anyone experienced with website making? (Solo Ono 117)

: Is anyone here experienced with making websites, or knows how?
: I'm thinking of making one Halo-related but I myself can't HTML.

And like others have posted, I'm also a professional developer, but building an entire site, especially for 'peanuts', takes time and priority, which I too don't have at the moment :)
So I'll also emphasize the resource links posted by padraig, serpx, and morpheus... unless you can find someone who can prioritize and work with you :)

It's a big venture wanting to own and maintain a site on your favourite topic, especially for the first time! (I'd wager that every web developer at some point has had that geeky desire :)

My next big suggestion - learn HTML and web development :) These days especially it'll get you really far! Probably not nearly a Wordpress-level blog project, but it gives you a fundamental and basic understanding of how things work and why, why comes in super handy when working with 3rd party software packages (like wordpress and other blog/template systems).

Anyway, good luck with your venture! :)
