I use to do professional web design, but unfortunately I don't have the time to make the site you'd want. Unless you have some significant income you'd spend.
If no one here can help, there are a ton of free resources out there that can allow you to make websites without HTML.
If you have the time, I recommend picking up a cheap book, or a free online website, that teaches you HTML. It's one of the easier languages to learn. I learned it when I was around 10. I've been able to teach older people the language. It's not bad, and can be fun to experiment with.
