In Response To: Oni Fan Art Contest (Shane)

Not to be a stick-in-the-mud, but I couldn't find any specs on how you plan to use the art, what ownership the artists are giving up, all that sort of legalize crap. Generally this with this type of contest all rights to the art is transfered to the company sponsoring the contest. I bring it up because I draw for a living and its the sort of thing I have to deal with all the time (for example: is the contest open to professional illustrators?). I'm contemplating doing something and just like to know much of the reproduction rights you expect to have on the image.
