True, very, very true, but Marathon was what brought me to you guys, And I'm a PC user! > I have a vivid memory of my first day manning the Bungie booth at GenCon a

If I had heard someone say that, I wouldn't have hesitated for the second option. Although, I went to GenCon this year, and had a chance. This guy and his friend, upon seeing my Bungie DMUKYA shirt made some comment along the lines of "I don't see how bungie can claim to be a company when MS bought them. I went on Ranting and Raving about the wonders of bungie, and made the statement of how Bungie had NEVER made a game that wasn't good. Then, the little (censered) actualyy had the audacity to name, without hesitation, Marathon! Ooooooooooh, If I had had a baseball bat, and we hadn't been in a Hearts tournament together... Stupid freaking 'sportsmanlike-conduct' rules. > Jason was offered a spot on that "Gaming Gods" cover and he
Well, that restores some faith I have in PC Gamer. Its good to know that occationally, the give credit where it is due. And, knowing that Jason is so commited to his work, just... well, its just astounding. Knowing that he loves his games and the people who play it so much is overwhelming. It is merely one more reason why Bungie is not only awesome, but why their gonna take over the world. -Cpt. Sqweky |
