I've been having problems with Netscape 4.7.3 too, on some of the users I've set up it always quits when you hit the reply button (or sometimes when you hit the new message button too), and I often loose use of buttons in windows and must quit and run it again. I think I'm going to have to go back to 4.7.2 (atleast it should get rid of the reply problems).
