(Never posted to an Oni site before, i am a Myth 2-head, but am looking forward to Oni as much as anyone). Went to MacWorld at Makuhari Messe, in Chiba, just outside Tokyo today. Had a chat with a rep on the stand for Japancentral.com,the company that will be localizing Oni for Japan. ( This company is based in Seattle, they will also handle the distribution of Oni and Halo in Japan ). The rep informed me that originally they had been anticipating a release date for Oni some time in May. Now apparently they expect to be able to release Oni in September. This is not a fault by Japancentral.com, i was told that there is a delay with Bungie.He said he did not know of any reason for the delay. In comparison, the Japan localized version of Myth 2 was released only a few weeks after the US version became available. Other stuff; went across the street from the MacWorld Expo to visit the massive SONY show previewing PlayStation2 and a whole bunch of games. Totally and completely awesome. As was the screening of The Matrix on DVD played on a PS2. Ach
