Its not your 3d card (Well it could be) But I had the same problem. First of all your cpu has to at least have 1 gigabyte. If not BUY A NEW CPU! now i had the same problem. When you start up the game, go to the options. Now take the graphics bar from were its at to the second setting. What i mean is set it at the end of the bar(Graphics 1) then see were the bar will stop next. the first time it moves stop and save the settings. Then it should run fast.
