Ugly lookin' bugger ain't he? But that is Connacht. he's got the same dragon on his chest that eh had in Tales. The axe is very well defined there, but what's with those muscles??? He's got biceps the size of a house!
His face is also reminiscent of Balor's. I can't wait to play this as guy!

I don't know about Moagim Reborn... He doesn't have that awesomely evil look that other faller lords and levellers tend to have. He does however have a sneering facial expression. It also looks like he's dressed somewhat regally, although for winter weather.
Maybe one of the Fallen before they were evil (as we were promised)? Or it could very well be the man you speak of. It's not Connacht becaus ethe face is different.

Only 'cause of the horns, and that's another bit of celtic lore thrown in there for you. There was a figure in Irish mythology (yes the very same mythos which gave us Balor) about a guy with antlers on his head. His alignment varied legend to legend, as did his name, but he tended to be a creature of the wild, commanding wolves, elk and bears.
