That's correct, but I should point out the narrator pronounces it like pat-run not pate-run.

In b7, the honorific has become Beloved Child of a Traditional Two-parent Family who Somehow went Bad Anyway.

In the quick glimpse I got, the honorific appeared to be "Twice-Removed Cousin of Bob or MB Alice," highlighting her large family and questionable parentage.
