It's official Bungie material, shipped with some prerelease copies of Myth II, and I think sold on the Bungie Store for a little while too. You might be able to find a print copy somewhere, but all the info is in the PDF version. I can't for the life of me remember where I got this version from... I think it was hidden invisible on a CD somewhere.
