I started to play again MYTH series(on legendary),with TFL of course be the first one.Well in the particular level we all know that Soulblighter is on a hill, watching us and when we're come near to him he flies away. Many people said that his behavior was strange! He should fight us!
But then I ask, was it possible for him? My army has 17 Warriors including Muriac, 2 Dwarves, a Journeyman and some Archers. Soulblighter was a tremendous fighter, a fighter that no ordinary man could win. But I think that it was imposible to destroy this army.After all he wasen't a magician like Balor or Shiver or the Deceiver. He knew martial arts and some black magic but above all he was a warrior.
Now, The Watcher and the Undead Army were searhing for the party who had the Codex and they didn't know exactly which was the right path, so they placed severals guards to prevent their escape.Under the leadership of Mauriac(who lead them from the swamps) the party managed to escape, but they fall right on Soulblighter who happend to be alone. I think that he run to bring reinforments and to alert the Watcher. After a while a group of Wights escorted by a Mirmidon apeared but it was too late.
So my opinion is that Soulblighter acted right, but the Dark were far away to catch Mauriac's party.
