I live in the city proper pretty much. I live uptown, near La Cumbre and State. Unfortunantly, sk33lwise, the only things I have to offer is artistic talent, writing and storywork(although that's your field mythscripting and a thorough knowledge of Poser ;). Interestingly enough however, Batara (which is fast perishing) seems to have a vaguely similar setting. It's in a broken Asia (this case mongolia) and concerns a single faction trying to gain supremacy. Storywise… it sounds completely different.
