This turmoil at 343 Industries is no different then the crap happening at most, if not all big corporations these days. I remember there was a mass exodus at 343 Industries after Halo 4 shipped, and it was because of the same things that were outlined in the Youtube video you linked to here. I wouldn't worry about what is happening at 343 Industries.
