I think they'll relax the resolution and/or frame rate requirements for parts, even if the overall package can still be labeled 4K60. I mean, they've said losing split screen was a mistake, so that coming back at 4K30 or a lower resolution and 60fps, or just with a lot of bells and whistles turned down, would not make them liars.
