I think the issue with final bosses is that you actually have to focus fire (and you really need at least half of the team in vehicles to deal the DPS because they're so beefy.)

I was playing Heroic FF the other day and we got to the final Wardens in the corner of the Sanghelios map. One warden left with half-health and 1 min to go... tough but doable. But half the people are focusing on Knights instead. We lost.
