Hey all! I haven't posted here in quite a while, but I had to share a story. There's a large age gap between me and my younger brother. He just graduated from high school this year, whereas I'm 31 and was still in high school when Halo came out.

He just recently played through Halo CE, having bought it of his own accord (I'm proud to say he has a solid appreciation for things from before his time). We were talking about his experience on the phone today, and he mentioned a Halo-based (warthog launching) game he'd played on some sort of "math games" website many years earlier in school (ha!). The game involved launching a vehicle with an exploding pile of grenades (some of you old-timers can probably see where this is going already) He mentioned it because, at the time, he hadn't really known what Halo was and didn't have any context for that game, but now of course he does, after playing Halo CE (he's also seen Randall Glass' classic video).

Of course, as soon as he described the game, a dim bulb went on in my head. I had him pull up Bo on his browser and go to BOLL's Warthog Launch game. Sure enough, he says it's definitely the same game.

So, some years ago someone either stole or borrowed Boll's game and put it on an "educational" games site under the guise of geometry or something I guess. I only wish I knew who/where.
