Can we have the H2A BR in regular arena?

It amazes me the difference that a simple reskin (Old skin)/new(Old) sound/new(Old) targeting reticule makes...The BR feels WAAAAY more fun and precise to use...Something about that classic targeting reticule and look really appeals to me.

The only problem is its a 3 Star Legendary and it isn't in default matchmaking...

I would love for 343 to simply replace the current BR with the H2A BR.
