: precise to use...Something about that classic targeting reticule and look

It also has a different firing animation, and some people are saying there's a little bit more of a time delay between the rounds in a burst and/or that it has less spread, so those and the fact it reminds you of a version you liked probably make it feel nicer.
There's no way they're going to replace all the regular BRs because it makes it look like they messed up changing the BR and they'd never say that, and because it would be seen as doing something unimportant ahead of adding features and fixing bugs (much like how adding req's is seen).
