Unlocked MCC achievements i didn't earn?

so i haven't played the MCC since January, and decided to go back to it last week. as i was browsing the menus, i got the achievement "Brovershield: Complete any co-op level on Heroic difficulty" which i thought was hilarious, since i played all the way through Halo 1 and halfway through Halo 2 on heroic co-op 12 months ago.

I had heard of achievements lagging, so i shrugged it off, but then the achievements kept popping. I got "Game on", "I got this", "Can't put it down," "Bonus Level," and "up all night." These are for completing 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 missions or matches. I have not even come close to achieving that, yet they are unlocked.

Anyone else have issues like this? I've heard of achievements NOT unlocking (i actually got the achievements for the last few Halo 1 missions after i completed the first few Halo 2 Missions), but it looks like i got some freebies here.
