Pete's a visionary. Just the fact that they built an actual Warthog (not to mention all those great Halo 3 uniforms and props, along with concept art at the quality seen in The Art of Halo 3) is a huge accomplishment. It requires a a get-your-butt-off-the-couch-and-do-something motivation that is hard to come by.
