: I too played through this again recently. I have the tendency to ignore
: vergil's superintendent signs, but I love how he leads the rookie around
: the entire time. I also love how they did the terminals with audio. when I
: first posted the game I didn't listen to any of them and then went back a
: year later and good them all and listened to them all at once, which
: really deepened the story. it really reminded me of I love bees more than
: anything.

I like that, too, although it is really annoying that they auto play when you pick them up.

: great game, even if it was a little short. I really wish they would bring
: firefightback into the mcc, but I guess I can wait for backwards
: compatibility.

Yeah, that is a huge disappointment. Firefight was a lot of fun.

Also, I'm not sure if it's an issue with MCC or if it was like that originally, but the sound in both Halo 3 and ODST is borked beyond belief. I use A50s, and the sound is just awful. The music is almost unbearably loud, and the gun effects and some voices are really quiet. In Halo 3 (ODST doesn't seem to have the issue), the surround sound isn't even location accurate. I don't recall the original games being bad (although I do feel like the levels between different things were a bit wonky), but it's been so long I don't remember.
