Well, the Absolute Record seems like the place you'd hang out if you were OB, as opposed to some random line installation or shield world; it's sort of the nexus of all the Forerunner stuff in the galaxy. Either that or I woulda' imagined he would've gone off with the Iso-Didact to wherever the Forerunners ended up after the Halo event. Havana, maybe.
