Yeah. Though I wouldn't be surprised if it was Offensive Bias, on the other hand it would be a bit of a waste of the Forerunners' most advanced combat intelligence to be left guarding Random Forerunner MacGuffin Installation #9945. A job like that would be a lot more suited for any random monitor. Since Silentium I've been assuming OB's hanging out with the IsoDidact and the other surviving Forerunners.
