I was under the impression it took place AFTER Spartan Ops? Since it's leading up to the H5 story, shouldn't it be the most "recent" events? Even after Escalation? I forget who, but someone said it happened after Spartan Ops to me and had a really good reason why, but I don't remember who or what is was right now...

Right, so it would make sense for military personal to use "O.N.I." but wouldn't a civilian most likely say the more casual "Oni"? I mean, Ben is a reporter, so it makes sense for him to use either one, but I've never heard anyone say "O.N.I." before and it sounds really odd after hearing "ONI" for like 8+ years.
