Did you try deleting the temporary films? That's 12 extra spaces right ther--
Oh wait, that'd be 140 then. God, 343i sucks.
If it's any consolation, the controller still doesn't work on H2A. I know it's a stupid, tedious and totally unnecessary gambit, but you might have to resort to the classic Halo 3 method of creating multiple profiles and switching back and forth between the two? If you're friends, you can download/view the other profile's files, etc.
