Some of the concept art hinted at Covenant locations, but this looks industrialized, big city vibes. Perhaps Jul is attacking Sanghelios itself, or more accurately the state of Vadam? I'd love to see that in a game. :) could all just be promotional fluff as well but I don't see this sort of thing being hinted at without reason.
