Not really. A confidentiality agreement only really stipulates that you cannot divulge the information, contents, whereabouts, etc. of that which you have signed. Like, if you tested a video game, you can say that you "tested a video game" and that you signed a confidentiality agreement that prohibits you from discussing what game it was, how it played, what was in it, and things of that nature. There's nothing that states that you can't confirm the existence of such an agreement.
