Yeah, it expired yesterday (13th). by 1 day dude.

You would have to message somebody who took the survey if you want any real details but basically it was feedback on the Halo 5 beta, what you liked and didn't like in full detail I just kept using the "Other" part at the bottom to voice all my complaints/compliments because it only had 1 thing you could check off for each liked/disliked subject (and their was no word limit).

I'm sure their was more to it, but its early and my head hurts.
