TL;DR version: "We decided that instead of letting Halo be Halo, we could make you feel more like a fast, zippy, superhero Spartan."

Of course, this is accomplished by borrowing half a dozen different movement mechanics developed in other FPSs (COD, Crysis, Destiny, etc.) over the past several years regardless of whether they actually mesh well with Halo's core gameplay.

Not very inspiring stuff. :/
