The in engine stuff is going to be at 60fps, and eat disc space only to the extent of the game models and textures, which are there anyway.
The prerendered stuff is most likely going to be at 24fps. How much space that takes up is dependent on the bitrate, which I hope they do not skimp on like they did with the terminals.
