When I talked with some 343 guys at PAX, they said it was unlikely all of the video would be on disc given the size constraints. Plans might have changed, but I have to imagine it's not all going to be on the disc at least. But my issue wasn't so much the streaming last time as it was the fact that they wouldn't play from within the game, which I imagine has been addressed this time (at least in H2A).
