Makes a lot of sense, especially since each game will apparently have its multiplayer untouched.
I was wondering why they'd ever want to leave stuff like Superbouncing and BXR in, as they killed the experience for a lot of people, but measuring population would be the obvious answer...

It's no use asking 343 for comment on this, since we've seen that they're more than willing to lie through their teeth at us to make Microsoft look good.
