Could anyone help me with a website?

Hi.

I'm thinking of making a website over the summer.
Basically, the new bungie.net was so bad that about half the forum users left. And I want to try make a website that can offer people a good forum and a halo-related website.
I appreciate how 343 is continuing halo, but honestly, their website sucks. I want to entirely replace 343i and Bungie so that halo players can have a real place, and a real forum.
Otherwise, Halo is just going to decline without stopping. There's just 343 leading it.
