I believe one of the Killzones did a similar thing, or maybe it was a Resistance. But it wasn't full films. You could go to any game in the game history and watch a 2D overhead replay of the match (you'd just see dots moving around)

Considering the amount of bandwidth OneDrive is pushing just for video captures, I would think game films which would be 500-1000x smaller than a shared vid capture of the same match would essentially be 'free in terms of bandwidth cost.

Keeping every game would just be a neat feature you could do since the host would be 100% reliable now.
