That's cheating; you get to leave out games you bought and later got rid of.

Anyway, I don't think I own any of the Steam games in question; but of the games I've bought (on Steam or otherwise) I've:

Finished: 1.1%
Not finished: 1.14%
Not played: 97.77%

That's including too many assumptions to concisely list; but in particular it's inflated by my having bought Ultimate Add-On's: Tournament Edition and Descent: Levels of the World.

(Also, some of the people surveyed may have finished the games on another platform, or outside the Steam application. I've done that with some games.)
