: So far, I am currently enjoying my "Wilmington Way" Honeydew
: American Wheat and still brewing my "Downtown Discussion" Papaya
: Berliner Weiss - an initial Lactobacillus only Berliner Weiss that later
: received an additional pitching of Lactobacillus and Saccro yeast and
: papayas from several homegrown papaya trees (which have sadly died from
: the polar vortex that hit North America in early January).
I have no idea what the hell you just said, really, but oh my god does it sound delicious!
Totally with Wu on this one though. I'd end up poisoning everybody (perhaps unintentionally) if I tried brewing.
