So far, I am currently enjoying my "Wilmington Way" Honeydew American Wheat and still brewing my "Downtown Discussion" Papaya Berliner Weiss - an initial Lactobacillus only Berliner Weiss that later received an additional pitching of Lactobacillus and Saccro yeast and papayas from several homegrown papaya trees (which have sadly died from the polar vortex that hit North America in early January).
Out of curiosity, who else homebrews and if so, what have you done?
