Yeah, it does. There's actually a frankenstein'd solution in place to handle this (since the server that used to run the forum couldn't handle the DST change) - but that change happened 3 weeks ago. What broke this
morning was that the daily offset check didn't get written properly. Not sure why; it's correct in the file it was copying FROM - it's just blank in the local file.
Guess it's time to dismantle the Frankenstein solution; we're on a more modern server now, and the problem should be gone. :(
