It makes some interesting points between the differences between balance and tuning (MP vs Campaign - balance -> longevity, tuning -> fun) and it gives a hint why Jamie left Bungie.

I'm only at the start of the talk but I wonder if it will shed light on how MP balancing can (negatively - IMO) impact on Campaign fun. 343i wanted to merge MP and Campaign and my opinion is that this is bad news for Campaign fun.

Will be interesting to see if MP and Campaign weapons are different and how the weapons in campaign are tuned differently across the difficulty levels.
