Hints at Xbone Halo Game?

Noticed this in reading the bulletin, anyone else think it hints at something or just the generic multiplayer sense?

"... something to do with cloaked super soldiers and sand-covered creatures)"...emphasis by me

Could it be that we are playing a campaign with multiple Spartan II's, or are they referring to the IV's mentioned in Halo 4?
