Seriously, what do you say, as a fan (with them knowing you're a fan) without looking like you're trying not to be an annoying fan? :P

Do you just be honest and be fanatical in their presence, or do you play it cool, like they're just some regular ol' person... act like you've known them for years? or introduce yourself, and to what degree? :)

I've never been good at meeting 'celebrity'; I just generally keep my mouth shut - greet, and move on unless asked something (thinking that's what they'd honestly prefer, being bombarded by fan(atics) all the time; let them set the conversing terms, heh, rather than presume and force them to put on the "I'm interacting with my fans so I have to smile"-face)

Probably not the best strategy :)
