I see LEGOs as far more of an investment--I spent a hell of a lot of coin on it as a kid but the sets are multiplicative over time. I don't get to play much these days but I'm sure I'm going to fight my brother over whose kids get bequeathed our collection (last I checked, filling three garbage cans.)

Partially, the fact that I've got so many LEGOs precludes me from being that interested in MegaBloks, which as a Halo fan sucks... I'd much rather have LEGO Halo than LEGO Star Wars.
