Huh. Strange - I don't remember that. Then again, it does sound vaguely familiar, so you may be right.

Well, it's mostly me brain-storming and figuring out what real-life weapon or vehicle will fill what role, etc. To be honest, it's hard to know how a game will play if you can't see the game actually working. You can get a feel, though, like I already know the Germans are kind of overpowered, with the Soviets being the only real match for them (albeit a loose match, considering that Soviet production inevitably has to be quite low, while German production has to be quite high). At the same time, nobody would want to play the French, because they are so severely underpowered. All in all, it's a tricky balancing act - quite literally, if you know what I mean.
