Jesus man, hate destined sicknesses like those, your damned to get it 1 way or another and no way to avoid it all together. and you got a double whammy too!

Makes me grateful I don't have any real illnesses in my family bloodlines, save for stroke on my mothers side and thats easily avoidable if I keep my health up and avoid the bad habits.
