Speedrun is in the semi-finals in Halo Custom's minigame contest. It is currently up against The Halo Ring.

While I've made some noise about this contest before, encouraging people to vote for their favorite map, yesterday I found out that the author of The Halo Ring is buying votes for his map with a Microsoft points giveaway.

Speedrun's vote lead is quickly shrinking, and looking through the comments in that thread (a requirement of The Halo Ring author's giveaway) tells you why.

Here's what I ask of you, oh honorable HBO:

#1. Watch the videos for both of these maps. You'll have to wait through an advertisement for The Halo Ring's map, unfortunately:

#2. Decide which map you'd like to vote for in Halo Custom's Minigame Contest.

#3. Go create an account at Halo Customs and vote for either Speedrun or The Halo Ring. While you're there, consider also voting in the other semi-final showdown.
