AR damage appears to be increased and it's definitely got less spread. I had 4 melee finishes on a two clips in a rumble pit match. It absolutely wrecks now, as it should.

I guess our definition of power weapons differ a bit, I consider them to be 1sk weapons. The SAW prior to this update took a little skill to use efficiently at mid range. Now it will shred you from 75 feet away and it feels like the spread is decreased a bit.
