Reach has/had it's issues. Still terribly hate the weapon TU.
The question is, why did they remove golden features that all or most players loved about the game. Like Assault, Stockpile, Medals. And why are they forcing players to play online to complete OFFLINE CAMPAIGN goals? I've beat the entire game Solo and on Legendary. And I did it when I had no internet and was about to be foreclosed on. I've got the achievements, but I can't unlock Waypoint features that are tied to it because I was offline when i did it. We should be able to play offline and still unlock related online features when we do get online. It's SOLO and in CAMPAIGN for crying out loud. There's nothing in that to indicate you must be online during play to unlock it. It's the same thing if you complete Campaign commendations offline. They don't unlock/count the features UNLESS you happen to be online when you completed it.

Not everyone has the sources to be online all the time. Just ask our troops. They play games a lot in their off time. And they almost never have internet when they do. If it's a Online feature like Matchmaking then I understand it. But Customs and Campaign? It has no place in either.
