So I'm trying to play the Halo 2 Vista campaign and I can't get past the sign in for your gamer tag. I know they took the MP offline, but does that mean I can't even play the single player?

I'm running windows 8, it installed without a problem. Everytime I go to sign in Live it says it can't connect. And I don't see an option for slipping sign in.

Anyone have any advice? I'd really like to have Halo 2 on my pc.
